About

Well, first of all this blog is inspired by my mom…I know…very cliche. But she really is a woman of LOTS of information about health. My friends call her for advice on everything you can imagine, and I really want to just share it all on here. If this blog is all over the place, I apologize, I tend to be like that in my personal life as well haha. This blog will be all about what I learn, what I try, and what I see. I have a gluten allergy as well, so you will see quite a few things on that! I cannot wait to share it all with you guys!

Love!
